Position Overview

The Female Head Therapist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa’s therapy department, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing the therapist team, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. This role requires leadership, strong technical expertise in spa treatments, and the ability to uphold brand standards.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Leadership & Management

• Supervise, lead, and support the team of therapists.
• Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching or corrective actions when needed.

2. Service Quality & Standards

• Ensure all treatments are performed according to company protocols and industry standards.
• Conduct regular treatment quality checks.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism across all treatment rooms.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.

3. Client Care & Experience

• Welcome guests and ensure they receive a memorable spa experience.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs.
• Ensure client confidentiality and comfort at all times.

4. Operations & Administration

• Oversee inventory control of products, linens, and equipment.
• Coordinate with management for procurement and stock replenishment.
• Maintain accurate treatment logs and reports.
• Assist in marketing promotions, special spa packages, and events.

5. Training & Development

• Provide onboarding training to new therapists.
• Organize ongoing skill development workshops.
• Ensure all therapists are updated on new treatments, products, and techniques.

Requirements:

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS
- Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required
- All professional licenses are to be current
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and retail skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have experience in 5 star hotels
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
