Job Summary

We are seeking a Female Home Nurse or Caregiver with hands-on experience in Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, or NGT feeding. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Nursing, ANM, or any recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field. This role requires a caring, patient, and skilled professional capable of delivering high standards of medical and personal care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform Tracheostomy care, including suctioning, cleaning, and monitoring for complications.
• Administer PEG or NGT feeding, maintain hygiene around insertion sites, and monitor patient tolerance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, mobility support, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
• Administer medications as per the physician’s prescription.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update patient care records.
• Ensure patient safety and provide fall-prevention support.
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the clinical team.
• Provide emotional support, comfort, and companionship to the patient.
• Follow infection control protocols and homecare standards.

Requirements

• Must be Female.
• Must be experienced in the following: Tracheostomy Care, PEG Feeding, NGT Feeding
• Minimum qualification: Diploma in Nursing, ANM, or any Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in homecare or clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare environment.
