Female Hospital Administrator

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Administrator - Hospital to join our dynamic team

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the hospital, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.

• Coordinate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize workflows.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote healthcare services.
• Organize community outreach programs, health camps, and patient engagement initiatives.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance hospital services.
• Experience in handling NABH, JCI, or similar accreditation processes.
• Implement patient retention and loyalty programs.
• Knowledge of hospital/clinic operations and regulatory requirements
• Staff Coordination & Training. Support the HR team in employee engagement and performance management.

Education: Any UG/PG

Location: Karapakkam, Madipakkam, Tambaram, Vadapalani, Urapakkam, Chengalpattu

Time: 9am to 7pm
