- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate guest records using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Upsell hotel services and promote special offers.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
