Female Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Female Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Your expertise and leadership will ensure that our guests experience exceptional cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Ensure all housekeeping staff adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the department is fully stocked.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff in resolving guest complaints or special requests.
• Maintain and update daily records, including room status reports, work orders, and inventory logs.
• Handle any special cleaning projects or requests from management or guests.
• Assist with hiring and training new housekeeping staff.
• Ensure that guest feedback is reviewed and corrective actions are taken when necessary.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry (previous supervisory experience preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safety protocols.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus).
