We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented Filpino Housemaid to support the daily cleaning and maintenance of a private Emirati luxurious household. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, discreet, and capable of managing routine housekeeping duties while respecting the family’s privacy and cultural values.

Location: Dubai – Jumeirah 3

Position Type: Full-time

Accomodation: Live-in


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and Household Upkeep

  • Perform general cleaning tasks: dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and tidying all areas of the home
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Maintain the kitchen area: wash dishes, clean appliances, sanitize counters, and ensure pantry cleanliness
  • Handle household items and appliances carefully to avoid damage
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling, following the household’s hygiene standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the employer when replenishment is needed
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and products
  • Polish silverware, clean crystal, and maintain high-value materials or furnishings if instructed

2. Laundry and Linen Care:

  • Wash, dry, and iron clothes and household linens with care according to fabric instructions
  • Organize wardrobes and closets neatly; ensure clothes are pressed and ready on time
  • Notify employer of clothing repairs or damage

3. Meal and Dining Support

  • Prepare the table as per the employer’s instructions, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene before and after meals
  • Serve meals if required and ensure beverages or snacks are available per employer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining area

4. Errands and Stock Management

  • Assist with grocery shopping and household errands if required
  • Unpack and store groceries appropriately, rotating stocks to ensure freshness
  • Maintain basic stock of kitchen and bathroom essentials (tissues, soap, etc.)
  • Alert employer of any low stock or upcoming needs

5. Reporting & Maintenance

  • Report any maintenance issues, malfunctions, or damages to the employer immediately
  • Observe and notify employer of irregularities, safety concerns, or suspicious activity within or around the home

6. Conduct & Professionalism

  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols within the home at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy and trust of the family
  • Respect religious, cultural, and personal boundaries of the family
  • Present a neat and clean appearance during working hours
  • Work silently and discreetly, avoiding unnecessary conversations
  • Be punctual, dependable, and adhere to the household schedule
  • Avoid use of phone during duty hours unless in emergencies or permitted
