Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager & Administrator (Female) Night Shift to manage HR operations and administrative tasks during night hours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, maintain employee records, handle payroll, and support the administrative functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports related to HR and office administration.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees during the night shift.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR and office administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Female candidates only.
