Female HR Associate - Night Shift

TechnoTech Solutions is looking for a confident, responsible, and English-proficient Female HR Executive to manage our night-shift operations.
The ideal candidate should be someone who is independent, can take decisions confidently, and is comfortable working in a professional night-shift environment.

This role is fully onsite and requires someone who is dedicated, mature, and committed to HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage night-shift HR operations, attendance, employee handling, and staff coordination.
• Conduct interviews for different roles and manage recruitment pipelines.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, employee files, policies, and daily HR tasks.
• Maintain workplace discipline, communication, and a positive environment.
• Address employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support management with HR reporting, feedback, and staff updates.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• 1–3 years HR experience in BPO or IT industry (required).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Confident decision-maker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.
• Must not be enrolled in morning classes or working another job.
• Independent females who can manage responsibilities confidently are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably living in a hostel or independently (but not required).
