About the Company:
Travels Hook (Pvt) Ltd is a UK-based travel brand operating a professional call center in Lahore. We specialize in Umrah and travel services and are looking for a confident and organized Female HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations for our growing call center team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for call center agents (posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
- Conduct training sessions, orientations, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, policies, and reports.
- Support management with staffing, performance reviews, and retention planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience (preferably in a Call Center or BPO setup).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, career-oriented female candidate preferred.
- Must be comfortable working night shift (US/UK timings).
- Familiar with Indeed, LinkedIn, and online hiring platforms.
