Shift: Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

About the Role

TechnoTech Solutions is hiring a mature, confident, and professional Female HR Executive for our night-shift operations aligned with US Eastern hours. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and capable of managing staff effectively and professionally.

This is a full-time onsite job, and candidates must not be currently studying or working another job. Hostel residents or out-of-city females are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, attendance, performance, and discipline.
• Manage staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Conduct interviews for different roles and maintain hiring pipelines.
• Maintain employee records, documentation, policies, and HR reports.
• Resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and well-managed workplace culture.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Experience of 1–3 years (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, confidence, and staff management skills.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (7 PM–4 AM).
• Must not be enrolled in morning classes or working another job.
• Mature attitude and professional behavior.
• Preferably living in a hostel or away from home (for shift suitability).
