Shabil Consultants is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our night-shift operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a professional consultancy environment.
Role Overview

- Stipend: 18,000 PKR / month

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth internal operations. Your tasks will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the initial screening process.
- Onboarding: Preparing orientation materials and helping new hires integrate into the night-shift culture.
- Documentation: Maintaining digital employee records and assisting in the preparation of HR-related documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
- Employee Engagement: Organizing virtual or in-office activities to boost morale and maintain a vibrant night-shift energy.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitoring shift timings and managing leave requests.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a BBA/MBA or relevant Social Sciences program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work the consistently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a high level of confidentiality.
