JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 6+ years in HR management preferred
Joining: Immediate joiners will be given priority
KPI AND KRA IS MANDATORY
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
- Build talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities.
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
- Performance Management
- Implement appraisal process (KPI/KRA based evaluation).
- Monitor and improve employee productivity.
- Payroll & Attendance
- Oversee payroll processing, leave, and attendance management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Time-to-close vacancies within defined timelines.
- Employee retention rate & attrition control.
- Successful implementation of performance appraisal cycle.
- Training hours delivered per employee per year.
- Employee satisfaction & engagement scores.
- Compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Female candidate with a Master’s degree in HR (MBA-HR preferred).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in HRMS tools, MS Office.
4. Should be proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
