JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: 6+ years in HR management preferred
Joining: Immediate joiners will be given priority

KPI AND KRA IS MANDATORY

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • End-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
  • Build talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement activities.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Implement HR policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement appraisal process (KPI/KRA based evaluation).
  • Monitor and improve employee productivity.
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave, and attendance management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Time-to-close vacancies within defined timelines.
  • Employee retention rate & attrition control.
  • Successful implementation of performance appraisal cycle.
  • Training hours delivered per employee per year.
  • Employee satisfaction & engagement scores.
  • Compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Female candidate with a Master’s degree in HR (MBA-HR preferred).
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient in HRMS tools, MS Office.
4. Should be proactive, organized, and people-oriented.
5. Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
