We are a well-established manufacturing company with over 25 years of experience in the production of technical safety gloves for international markets, As we continue to grow and strengthen our organizational structure, we are seeking a competent and proactive Human Resources professional to join our team.

Position Summary:

The HR Professional will be responsible for managing and improving all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a structured, compliant, and people-focused HR environment aligned with our business objectives. The condidates must have more then 10-years of expereince in related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for factory and office staff

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks

Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and disciplinary processes

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies

Support training, skill development, and workforce planning initiatives

Maintain accurate HR records and reports for management review

Promote a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture
