We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter who has hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles as well as Business Development and Sales positions. The ideal candidate must be proactive, deadline-oriented, and capable of closing multiple positions within strict timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Business Development, and Sales roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Ensure timely shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer closures.
- Maintain a hiring tracker and meet recruitment deadlines as per business requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- 1 – 1.5 years of proven experience recruiting for Tech + Sales / BD roles.
- Strong deadline commitment and ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
