Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding immigration services.
• Provide information and answer queries from potential clients.
• Assist in converting leads to customers.
• Meet targets and achieve daily call quotas.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tagalog, Malayalam, Bengali, or Nepal (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
