Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone to introduce and sell diving packages, courses, and memberships.
- Handle walk-in and online inquiries, providing accurate and engaging information about our services.
- Close sales efficiently with 10% commission on all personal sales.
- Manage payments (cash, card, and online) and ensure accurate transaction records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, roles (preferably in hospitality, tourism, or retail).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident handling customer calls and closing sales.
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Hindi, or Russian are a plus).
- Friendly, confident, and target-driven personality.
