IT Administration
• Provide L1 IT support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT/system issues faced by employees across departments.
• Provide first-level support and issue resolution for ERP systems including JBM, Magtec, Fresa, and Enfinity HRMS.
• Install, configure, and update systems, applications, and security tools.
• Maintain and monitor company emails, user accounts, and system access.
• Ensure data security, backups, and proper file storage procedures.
• Prepare IT reports and maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and assets.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers for escalations and advanced support.
• Assist with ERP/HRMS training and guidance for employees.
Human Resources
• Manage and oversee the company’s HRMS software on a daily basis.
• Assist employees in resolving HRMS-related issues, ensuring accurate use of the system.
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and employee updates in HRMS.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and employee records.
• Support payroll by compiling attendance, leave, and deductions accurately.
• Draft and circulate HR communications, memos, and announcements.
• Handle employee grievances and escalate to management when required.
• Assist with training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Administration
• Manage procurement of office supplies and monitor stock.
• Coordinate travel bookings, visas, hotel accommodations, and meeting arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, filing, and document management for office and management.
• Manage service contracts with vendors (office maintenance, housekeeping, courier, etc.).
• Ensure office operations run smoothly with timely administrative support.
• Assist management with reports, scheduling, and general support tasks.
