Female IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for computers, printers, networks, and clinic systems.
• Manage and maintain EMR and clinic software platforms.
• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly.
• Ensure data backup and system security.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and technical support.
• Support staff with IT-related training and usage guidance.
• Technical Skills: It might be helpful to mention that the candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows support systems, as this is a core part of our environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience in a medical or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge clinic software is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
