Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work with financial data accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Handle invoice generation, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial information
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarifications
• Support the senior accountant in audits and financial analysis
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance)
• Knows Tally (Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (TDS, GST)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
