About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Female Karate Instructor to join our growing martial arts academy in Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching, enjoys working with children and adults, and is comfortable supporting basic administrative and communication tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Classes

• Conduct daily karate classes for kids (5+), teens, and adults
• Ensure safe, structured, disciplined, and engaging training sessions
• Teach fundamentals, basics, kata, and sparring (as applicable)
• Monitor student progress and maintain class discipline
• Create a positive learning environment that supports confidence and character development

Administration & Communication

• Make sales and follow-up calls to inquiries and trial students
• Handle catch-up and feedback calls with parents and students
• Support front-desk coordination related to attendance and schedules
• Assist with student enrollment, renewals, and retention

Requirements

• Female candidate only
• Certified or experienced in Karate (any recognized style)
• Willing to support admin tasks, including sales and follow-ups
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
• Arabic and Hindi speaking is an added advantage
• Experience teaching kids and beginners preferred
• Professional attitude, discipline, and strong communication skills
• Availability for evening and weekend classes

Added Advantages (Optional Skills)

• Knowledge or certification in Kung Fu, Kalaripayattu, or Kickboxing
• Multi-discipline instructors may be considered for a higher salary or expanded role
