Female Key Accounts Manager for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Female Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow strategic client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, fertility centers, and other strategic partners.
  • Drive business growth through new and existing accounts while meeting revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (lab, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling stem cell banking services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management on key accounts and business performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management in healthcare, biotechnology, or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical processes is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Experience managing strategic or key accounts is preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in account management or sales (healthcare/biotech preferred)
