Job Description: West Golden Cargo LLC needs an experienced Marketing Specialist, experienced in Social Media and Advertising, Graphic Design and Video Production for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing in the following cases:

• Logistics
• Import and Export
• Shipment
• Customs Clearance
• Freight Forwarders

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

2. Content Creation and Management

• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
• Develop a social media content calendar and schedule posts.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company's brand voice and objectives.

3. Community Management

• Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Foster and grow the community, encouraging positive engagement.

4. Analytics and Reporting

• Track and analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on social media performance, including insights and recommendations.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to guide future strategies and improve performance.

5. Campaign Management

• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

6. Collaboration

• Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce engaging content.
• Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to expand reach and engagement.

7. Advertising

• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development.
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and other techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snap Chat
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
