Relocation & Location Requirements:

This position is based full-time in the Al Dhafra Region, Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to the Al Dhafra region before commencing employment. If you are not willing to relocate to this specific area, please do not apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of clinical and administrative duties aimed at providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations:

• Provide efficient chairside assistance to dentists and specialists during a variety of dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before treatments, ensuring all necessary equipment is ready.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols for all instruments and equipment.
• Take and process dental X-rays (intra-oral and extra-oral) as prescribed by the dentist, following all radiation safety guidelines.
• Monitor, support, and reassure patients throughout their visit, providing pre- and post-operative instructions as directed by the dentist.
• Accurately record patient medical and dental histories and maintain meticulous patient records.
• Manage dental supplies inventory, monitoring stock levels, and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Work cooperatively and positively with the entire clinical and administrative team.

Qualifications & Experience

• License: Must hold a valid DOH/HAAD license to practice in Abu Dhabi or have an active Eligibility Letter.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer literate with experience using dental software/EMR systems.
