Female Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics & International Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end logistics—from importing luxury eyewear from global suppliers to delivering across UAE and MENA. The ideal candidate will have solid international logistics experience, preferably with direct exposure to Jebel Ali Port operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete import/export process: supplier dispatch, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Handle customs compliance, documentation, and regulatory processes across UAE, GCC, and MENA.
• Negotiate and collaborate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, couriers, and port authorities to secure best deals and services.
• Coordinate closely with Jebel Ali Port operations, ensuring smooth clearance and cargo handling.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery.
• Align logistics processes with international trade rules and customs policies.
• Work with internal teams (procurement, sales, finance) for seamless coordination.
• Continuously optimize operations for efficiency, cost savings, and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.
• Strong working knowledge of customs clearance, port operations, and MENA logistics.
• Prior involvement with Jebel Ali Port processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and logistics documentation.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in eyewear, fashion, or luxury goods logistics.
• Experience handling UAE, GCC, and MENA trade procedures.
