Female Logistics Coordinator

Job Purpose:

To manage and coordinate the daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods between suppliers, warehouses, and supermarket branches while maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and ensure timely dispatch of goods to branches.
• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments regarding stock movement.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and transfer records.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update and maintain stock transfer and delivery records in the system.
• Handle delivery discrepancies, shortages, and return processes.
• Support procurement and warehouse teams in managing inventory and order accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on logistics activities and delivery performance.
• Coordinate with drivers and storekeepers for smooth operations.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
