female logistics & operations

We are looking for a female candidate with experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, customer service, and accounting to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Experience in freight forwarding (Air & Sea shipments)
• Must have previous experience working in the UAE (freight forwarding company preferred)
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation (BL, AWB, invoices, packing list, etc.)
• Experience in logistics operations and shipment coordination
• Ability to obtain and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and agents
• Experience in communicating with customers and handling inquiries professionally
• Good knowledge of accounting (invoicing, expense tracking, payment follow-ups, petty cash)
• Good English communication skills
• Well-organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure

Job Details:

• Full-time position
• Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 (depending on experience)
• Immediate joining preferred
