Female Manager

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Timings: Monday to Friday — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and organized Female Manager who can work directly with the CEO and manage day-to-day operations of the agency. This role requires someone who is proactive, responsible, and comfortable handling team coordination, client communication, scheduling, and workflow management.

You will act as the central point of contact — ensuring smooth execution across projects, maintaining communication, and helping run the agency efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support the CEO in execution
• Coordinate with team members on tasks and deadlines
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and project updates
• Maintain schedules, meetings, and internal workflows
• Assist in content planning and studio coordination when required
• Oversee documentation, file organization, and internal systems
• Ensure all projects move smoothly from start to finish
• Solve small problems before they become big ones
• Maintain a positive, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident, proactive, and reliable personality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable coordinating with team members and clients
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, Slack is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities maturely

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency, marketing, or operations role
• Ability to assist in content planning or basic creative tasks
• Good written communication for email follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
