Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Female Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day team operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and maintaining effective communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, and report daily task updates from employees.
• Maintain strong communication with team members to ensure productivity and smooth workflow.
• Manage and update reports using Google Sheets and other relevant tools.
• Support the HR team in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Supervise employee performance and provide guidance where necessary.
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed by all team members.
• Assist management in achieving departmental goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Office.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Prior experience in management, HR, or team coordination is a plus.
• Confident, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
