Female Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Female Marketing Executive who will manage and execute our digital marketing, social media marketing, and brand marketing initiatives. Ideal for someone passionate about the café industry, food marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer footfall, brand awareness, and online reach.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
• Plan and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and local content creators to boost brand visibility.
• Create engaging content, including reels, stories, posts, and copy for ads/captions (in coordination with design/video team).
• Track performance using marketing KPIs, analytics, and insights, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct research on local trends, competitor cafés, and new marketing opportunities in the F&B sector.
• Coordinate with the operations team to align digital marketing with in-store activities, events, and branding.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand marketing (F&B, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in content creation, social media strategy, and online community engagement.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Must be based in Lahore and comfortable working on-site at DHA Phase 6.
