About the Role
We’re looking for a Female Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven professional with strong leadership and digital expertise who can oversee multi-brand marketing activities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Plan and oversee events, collaborations, and partnerships with hospitals, universities, and wellness brands.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion tracking.
Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and report on campaign performance.
Oversee creative direction, brand consistency, and content development for all communication channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in a team management role.
Proven experience in digital marketing, event marketing, and brand management.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creative thinker with an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
