Fighter Karate Center is hiring a Female Martial Arts Coach in Dubai, UAE to deliver structured martial arts training for kids, teens, and adults. The role combines professional coaching with basic student coordination, follow-ups, and academy support.

Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time (Preferred) / Part-Time
Salary Range: AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month
(Fixed salary + performance-based commission; higher packages possible based on skills and performance)

Fighter Karate Center is a growing martial arts academy focused on discipline, confidence, and structured skill development. We provide a safe and professional environment for kids, teens, and adults to learn martial arts while building character, focus, and physical fitness.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Training

• Conduct structured martial arts classes for Kids (5+), Teens, and Adults
• Teach fundamentals, basics, kata, and controlled sparring where applicable
• Ensure safety, discipline, and proper class structure at all times
• Monitor student progress and support confidence and character development
• Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional training environment

Student Support & Administration

• Handle inquiry calls, trial follow-ups, and enrollment discussions
• Make regular feedback and follow-up calls with parents and students
• Assist with attendance tracking and class scheduling
• Support renewals, retention, and basic front-desk coordination

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Prior experience or certification in Karate, Kickboxing, Kung Fu, or Kalaripayattu (any recognized style)
• Comfortable handling follow-up calls and basic sales communication
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Arabic and/or Hindi is an added advantage
• Experience teaching kids and beginners preferred
• Strong discipline, professionalism, and communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Added Value (Optional Skills)

• Multi-discipline martial arts experience
• Instructors with multiple certifications may be considered for higher compensation or expanded responsibilities
