Female Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer

We are currently seeking a Female Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join our team and oversee the Maintenance Department for HVAC (Air Conditioning) Systems, in addition to supporting marketing activities.

Position: Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineer (Female)
Department: HVAC Maintenance & Marketing
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HVAC maintenance operations (Air Conditioning Systems)
• Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor system performance and ensure high-quality service standards
• Support and participate in marketing activities related to maintenance contracts and projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships to expand business opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in HVAC systems (maintenance preferred)
• Basic knowledge of marketing and client handling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• UAE experience is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary
• Attractive Commission on Projects

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
