Female Media Production Account Manager – Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

-Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

-Understand client goals, brand guidelines, and communication style to ensure all deliverables align.

-Manage expectations, provide timely updates, and ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the project.

Project Coordination

-Oversee the end-to-end production process (pre-production, production, post-production) for video, photo, and media campaigns.

-Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, post-production) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

-Coordinate resources such as crew, equipment, permits, and locations as needed.

-Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, escalating risks or delays when necessary.

Proposal Management

-Prepare and present quotations, budgets, and financial proposals for projects.

-Monitor project expenses and ensure profitability.

Content & Creative Oversight

-Assist in shaping creative direction by aligning client needs with production capabilities.

-Review scripts, storyboards, edits, and other deliverables before client submission.

-Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all outputs.

Business Development

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

-Support new business pitches by preparing proposals and presenting capabilities.

-Build long-term partnerships to contribute to company growth.

Reporting

-Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and deliverables.

-Provide progress reports to management and clients.

-Track performance metrics (timelines, budget adherence, client satisfaction).
