Female Medical Consultant (Call Center Agent)

We are looking for a Female medical Consultant (Call Center Agent).

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate customers about our products and services, and convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Enter and maintain customers’ data and information in the system
• Demonstrate active engagement with customers, using excellent communication and negotiation skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Immediate joiners preferred
