Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Driver Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to various retail locations while ensuring that merchandising standards are met. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and customer satisfaction through effective product presentation and inventory management.

Duties

• Deliver products to designated retail locations in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols.
• Supervise and train staff on merchandising techniques, store management, and customer service best practices.
• Implement planograms and schematics to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Collaborate with store management to execute promotional displays and branding initiatives.
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and managing replenishment processes.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects related to merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of display areas to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
• Assist in pricing strategies and retail math calculations to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail or merchandising environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual merchandising tasks.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and retail sales techniques.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Experience in training & development, remodeling, interior design, or visual design is advantageous.
