An in-house fit model is URGENTLY require to join our team in Dubai who will be serving as a living mannequin, working directly with a brand's design and technical teams to ensure new garments have the correct fit, sizing, and consistency before mass production.

Role Summary:
The In-house Fit Model works closely with the Design, Technical Design, and Product Development teams to ensure the proper fit, feel, and movement of garments. The ideal candidate should have consistent and well-proportion body measurements. This is not a promotional modeling position; it is a technical role crucial to the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the company's live model for all fit sessions, trying on sample garments for evaluation.
• Provide clear and articulate feedback to designers, pattern makers, and technical designers on the fit, comfort, and movement of garments.
• Communicate issues such as tight spots, pulling seams, and overall comfort, while also offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
• Stand still for extended periods while design and technical teams pin, measure, and adjust garments.
• Move and walk in the garment as directed to test the fabric's drape, durability, and flexibility.
• Maintain the specific and consistent body measurements required for the company's target size.
• Participate in occasional wear tests to provide feedback on the product's longevity and feel over time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Consistency: The ability to consistently maintain measurements over time.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to provide honest, constructive feedback to a team.
• Stamina: Must be able to stand and hold still for prolonged periods during fit sessions.
• Professionalism: A professional demeanor and a flexible attitude.
• Flexibility: A flexible schedule to accommodate fittings as needed, as they are not always on a consistent weekly basis.
• Attentiveness: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to notice minor fit discrepancies.
• Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of garment construction and fashion trends is a plus, as it can help inform feedback.
