We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Office Assistant.
- Organise and file physical and digital documents accurately.
- Transfer files and documents between departments or staff members.
- Perform basic data entry tasks with attention to detail.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and sorting mail.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organised.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
