We are currently looking for a responsible and proactive Office Assistant.

  • Organise and file physical and digital documents accurately.
  • Transfer files and documents between departments or staff members.
  • Perform basic data entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and sorting mail.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organised.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
