1–2 years of experience in Admin or similar role

Accounts knowledge is preferable

Good command on MS Excel and MS Word

Good communication skills

Coordinate and manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)

Handle incoming calls, emails

Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal communications

Liaise with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams

Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when required

Support HR and Finance with basic administrative tasks

Ensure office policies and procedures are followed

Handle courier, mail, and document dispatch activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
