Female Office & Admin Secretary (Arabic & English Speaking)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic & English) Office & Admin Secretary to support our daily office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondences in Arabic and English.

· Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.

· Prepare, edit, and translate documents, reports, and presentations.

· Maintain office filing systems and records.

· Administrative tasks as needed.

· Welcome visitors and coordinate office activities.

· Handle travel arrangements and logistics if required.

Requirements:

· Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).

· Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a corporate office environment.

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
