Requirements

• Fluent in the English Language.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Client handling
• Computer literacy
• Social media skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• May be required to perform outdoor work.
• Full-time position – sometimes will require coordinating out of hours with the head office in Ireland.

Position Type: Full-time

Office hours

Mon – Sat: 9:45 am to 6:30 pm

Additional Requirements:

• You will also be the Social Media face of the branch.
• No remote work available.
• Confident on camera and social media.

Duties

• Handle client inquiries and provide information about Irish student visa, Irish immigration, global recruitment, and Saudi Arabia visa services.
• Support documentation, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client coordination.
• Assist with digital marketing, social media communication, and lead management for Peak Consultants.
• In general, any administrative duty as assigned by the management.

Contract length: As per contract / to be discussed

Work Location: On-site only

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
