*FEMALE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/EXECUTIVE (APPLY WITH LATEST PICTURE ONLY -IMMEDIATE JOINING)

* KNOWLEDGE OF ACCOUNTS/BOOK KEEPING WOULD BE ADDED ADVANTAGE

*Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

*Excellent skills with computers (knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Photoshop)

*Smart/Presentable

*Organized and keen attention to details

*Can multitask

*Can establish good working relationship with clients

*Resourceful

*Can work independently and with less supervision

*Knowledge in Accounting is added advantage

*Can start immediately

*Applicants on VISIT/CANCELLED VISA preferred

Responsibilities include:

*Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, invoicing, quotes, organising meetings

*Managing the company's social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook for Marketing

*Support the team in providing documents needed

*Primary source of contact for customers as well as teammates.
