Job Duties:

· Answer clients questions

. Answer telephone calls, emails , WhatsApp and social media messages promptly and courteously

.Handle Social media promotions and Postings, Knwoledge of editing the videos

. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

. Coordinate service effort with team members and other departments

. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

. Expand business reach through networking techniques

. Track and identify areas of improvement

. Preparing weekly and monthly report

. Maintain and update the filing in the office on daily basis

. Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers.

. May be required to cover Administrative officer duties during periods of absence

Skills:

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanner and printers).

. Professional attitude and appearance

. Excellent selling, communication and negotiational skills

. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

. Innovative and forward thinker

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • Must be in a Resident/ Husband Visa/

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to AED1500-2000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
