Job description
1. Ensure the office area is tidy and well arranged, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
2.Provide basic support to office people.
3. Order office supplies and keeps an inventory of stock
4. Perform other clerical duties whenever required.
5. Knowledge of Photoshop.
6. Fluent English and Hindi

1. Proven work experience as a Office Assistant or similar role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
3. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers)
4. Professional attitude and appearance
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
9. Customer service attitude
