We are looking for a Female Customer Care Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, customer-focused, and tech-savvy. She will be responsible for managing customer communication, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Process and move orders through courier services and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm order details, delivery status, and feedback.
- Login to Shopify and update order status, tracking details, and inventory.
- Maintain customer records and reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce will be an advantage.
