Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Front Office, Admin & Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be the face of our nursery — warmly welcoming parents and children, managing front-desk operations, maintaining administrative records, and creating engaging digital content to enhance our brand presence online.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception
· Greet and welcome parents, children, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
· Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email correspondence promptly and courteously.
· Maintain a pleasant and organized reception area at all times.
· Coordinate with the Centre Manager and teaching staff for tours, appointments, and parent interactions.
Administrative & Accounts Support
· Maintain and update student files, attendance records, and registration forms.
· Handle daily fee collections, issue receipts, and maintain accurate payment records.
· Assist in preparing and organizing invoices, bills, and fee summaries.
· Manage nursery inventory, including stationery, uniforms, pantry, toiletries, and classroom supplies.
· Keep track of stock levels and coordinate reordering in a timely manner.
· Support the Centre Manager in documentation, reports, and internal communication.
Marketing & Creative Tasks
· Create daily posts, stories, and short videos showcasing nursery life and activities.
· Design attractive creatives and marketing materials using Canva.
· Assist in running online promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
· Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ideas to increase brand awareness and followers.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or front-desk role, preferably in a nursery or school environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting/reconciliation.
· Strong knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and social media content creation.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Organized, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
· Pleasant personality, with a caring and child-friendly approach.
· Educational Qualification: Graduation is preferred; candidates with higher education are also welcome, provided they have strong English communication skills.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
