The Female Office Assistant will assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and organized throughout the day, including cleaning up common areas and restocking supplies.
- Office Pantry Supervision
- Prepare Refreshments: Assist with preparing and serving tea, coffee, snacks, and drinks for employees and clients.
- Manage Office Supplies: Ensure that the office has sufficient supplies, including stationery, and inform the relevant person when supplies need to be reordered.
- Assist Management: Serving food for the management team. (Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks.)
- Assist with Meetings: Help set up meeting rooms, prepare materials for meetings, and ensure that refreshments are available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with staff and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Freshers are welcome.

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday : 7:00 M to 7:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Some physical work may be required, such as moving office supplies and cleaning common areas.
- Office environment with a need for maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere.
