looking for female Arabic Secretary to work in Real Estate office. preferably on husband’s sponsorship and currently residing in the Al Majaz area.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE, preferably in the real estate sector
- Must be on husband’s visa/sponsorship
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good command of computer skills and data entry
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records of office expenses and tenant information
- Coordinate with tenants for rent collection and maintenance requests
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day office operations
- Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence
- Enter and update data related to property listings, tenancy contracts, Ejari, etc.
- Ensure smooth office administration and documentation processes
