Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage inbound inquiries, convert leads, and support clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat.
This role requires someone fast, professional, and confident in communication, with a strong understanding of fitness and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via:
- WhatsApp
- Instagram DMs
- Website chat
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions
- Guide leads toward booking sessions and challenge registrations
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and programs
- Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversions
- Maintain a high standard of tone: premium, friendly, and confident
- Update CRM / tracking sheets with customer interactions
Requirements
- Fluency in English & Arabic (Khaleeji dialect preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales (chat-based preferred)
- Background or strong interest in fitness, wellness, or health industry
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Fast response time and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using WhatsApp Business / CRM tools
- Previous experience in fitness studios, gyms, or wellness brands
- Sales-oriented mindset (conversion-focused, not just support)
