An organized and resourceful Operations Manager is needed to join our team, bringing proactive, strategic oversight to our daily operations and workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate excels in managing complex tasks, coordinating and optimizing team activities, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. This role demands a versatile leader capable of handling a variety of administrative, content, and client-facing responsibilities, including some availability after hours to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless function and growth of the organization by managing both internal and external operations:
- Strategic Client Relations: Act as the primary liaison for key clients, overseeing communication flow to ensure timely and professional updates on project status, needs, and deliverables.
- Operational Content Management: Strategically develop and manage engaging social media content (reels, posts, written content) to support organizational goals and marketing initiatives.
- Remote Operational Continuity: Provide support outside regular hours to proactively address urgent tasks, manage critical workflows, and ensure business continuity.
- Team Coordination & Workflow Optimization: Lead collaboration efforts across team members to streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive overall project productivity.
- Business Development & Service Promotion: Actively reach out to prospective clients to strategically present and promote our services, aligning offerings with client needs.
- Workshop & Strategy Facilitation: Organize and lead strategic workshops, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop and execute targeted business strategies.
- Proposal & Value Development: Write, refine, and strategically position proposals tailored to client needs, effectively communicating high-value propositions and strategic goals.
- Process & Meeting Management: Oversee the scheduling, coordination, attendance, and organization of high-level meetings for internal teams and client interactions to ensure clarity and actionable outcomes.
- Operational Task Monitoring & Prioritization: Implement and manage systems for task tracking, monitoring daily operations, and prioritizing responsibilities for timely execution.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Oversight: Assist with key hiring efforts by managing essential documentation and facilitating a smooth and comprehensive onboarding and orientation process for new team members.
- Executive Support to CEO: Directly aid the CEO in strategy development, brainstorming operational improvements, and ensuring the efficient execution of high-priority team, client, and office initiatives.
Requirements
- Mandatory Digital Marketing Experience: 1 to 2 Years of proven experience in the digital marketing field is required.
- Previous experience in a managerial, supervisory, or senior administrative/office support role is a significant plus.
- Advanced familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Project Management tools, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and strategic planning skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-faceted tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle unexpected issues or operational challenges, providing quick, effective, and resource-driven solutions.
- High degree of flexibility and adaptability to constantly changing tasks, priorities, and business needs.
Compensation and Details
- Salary (for Experienced Individuals): 30,000 to 40,000 per month
- Probation Period: Two months
- Salary During Probation: 20,000 per month
