Roles and Responsibilities:
- In charge of inventory counting /storing/checking expiry dates/reporting and auditing.
- In charge of receiving requirements from branches, checking orders against stock availability.
- Ensure all products on system are up to date.
- Centralized system administrator and controller, in charge of ensuring data access is well maintained.
- Communicating with vendors and suppliers directly, products purchasing, receiving, recording, and distributing to branches.
- Perform quarterly audit of all the products in all the branches.
- Ensure all the products are in accordance with government regulations.
- Prepare various reports including reporting any discrepancy/mistake in entering tickets i.e. products or services, by branch staff, used /unused items in all the branches, product consumption against specified Matrix
Job Requirements:
- Highly organized with great attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills; verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty, and different treatments & Beauty products is an asset.
- Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, Word and Power Point.
